ILTIZAM Professional Development Programme (PDP) is a 12-month
programme that places qualified Bumiputera unemployed graduates in job
roles as Graduate Associates in Ekuinas, its portfolio and/or partner
companies. It combines on-the-job experience with structured training to build
technical skills, soft skills, and personal branding. The programme aims to
boost employability and is anchored on the values of HARAP – Humble, Agile,
Resilient, Adab (character), and Professionalism.

    to Assessment Centre at their

  • Announcement of successful
    applicants for PDP 2027

Jan 2027

  • Selected Graduate Associates will
    begin PDP 2027 with:
    • A week of induction programme
    • Commencement of work with
      placement company
